You must have a card on file. We accept all major credit cards and bill after the service is completed to ensure 100% satisfaction. Also, you won’t have to pay for a service that was canceled for sever weather or you simply needed to reschedule.

We will be glad to call when we are on our way. Let us know if you would like a call ahead and our fairies will keep the record on your profile.

We offer one-time cleanings as well as both residential and commercial property pet waste removal services. We also offer deodorizing and sanitization services and want to do what works best for you and your pooch.

We know you are busy. You do not need to be home for us to fly by and pick up the poo. As long as you provide us with the proper access, you can leave the rest to our fairies.

Absolutely! We are your fairy dog mothers and are so excited to meet your furry best friends. Please note that your dog may be nervous around new people so if that is the case, please let your fairy know so they can protect their wings. If your dog may not be friendly to strangers, then we ask you to please keep your dog inside on the day of arrival.

We allow our fairies time with their family on the Holiday, so we do not offer pickup on the following Holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Black Friday
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas

Yes, we can both sanitize and deodorize your yard after we clean up the playing ground. We utilize a high-quality, environmentally friendly, pet safe, deodorizing spray. We pride ourselves on making the stink magically disappear!

This is totally fine. Please contact us by phone, email or text and we will be glad to reschedule your poop fairy visit.

Come rain, snow or shine, our fairies will fly. Dogs poo year around and so we scoop year around. In the rare event of hazardous, severe weather, we will inform you of the cancellation or rescheduling.

We promise to not leave any doody behind—that’s our duty! If you let us know, we will send the Poop Fairy back to fly again. We want raving fans! We want the opportunity to provide the best poop removal service there is.

Your poop cleanup is scheduled based on geographical locations, in order to keep our prices low. If you just need a one-time fly-by for an event, we can do it. We will come on the same day every week based on your location. The specific day or time will be selected based on your Poop Fairies schedule. We will contact you promptly if something is holding our fairies back and can reschedule your visit to the following day if need be.

We do our best to assign one fairy per fairyland; however, you may see a new fairy. They all want to meet you and your pup and clean up your happy space.

Yes! We background check and drug test every employee. We want you to have peace of mind. We are a small family business with fully vetted and train pooper scoopers. All our employees are part of the poop fairy family; we don’t use third party contractors.

We must have proper access to your yard. We do not climb fences. If there is a locked gate, please provide the proper access with a key box or combination.

Some reasons the yard was not serviced include severe weather, holiday, unable to access the yard, dog behavior, yard maintenance. The yard needs to be well maintained on the day of service. We can’t pick up the poo if we can’t see it. Overgrown grass, leaves, or clutter makes it hard for our fairies to services the yard. The dog was in the yard and was believed to be unfriendly towards strangers and would need to be kept inside on our next visit.
